亲爱的家长朋友们！俄亥俄现代中文学校 2020-2021学年秋季课程正式上线啦！秋季注册工作也开始启动！

新学期将于2020年8月23日正式开始！

疫情影响，秋季学期学校继续采用灵活、方便、安全的网课形式。OCCS网课自今年3月份启动以来，经过春、夏季两个学期的积极实践，积累了丰富的教学和管理经验，也受到学生家长的广泛好评。

新的学期，OCCS将继续利用网络优势，为广大华人朋友和华文爱好者们提供丰富多样的课程和便利的课程时间选择。欢迎新老朋友们尽快通过网上注册系统查询课程信息、进行网上注册，注册网址：http://www.columbus-occs.org

由于各项工作全部网上进行，给工作人员带来更多工作量，所以学校注册购书等规则也与以往有所不同，请家长们特别关注以下两点通告：

1、OCCS秋季学期注册交款特别规定：
* 各班名额有限，以付款先后为序；
* 前两次可试听，必须注册才能试听；
* 交款截止9/6，9/7开始收取$15 late fee；
* 9/13开始非付费学生不能进入教室；
* 缴费学生任何原因要求退课的，恕不退还学费，但允许换班；
* 付款请发至treasurer@columbus-occs.org，只接受QuickPay/Zelle付费。

2、教材订购：
covid-19影响购书流通环节，为了保证学生能在开学前拿到教材，敬请家长配合在7月23日之前完成网上教材订购和缴费，没有提前订购的家长7/23之后可以自行购买，学校不再提供统一订购，请大家谅解！OCCS 秋季教材订购链接和详情请见：

Hope you are having a wonderful summer and are looking forward to another great new school year with OCCS!

Over the summer, OCCS staff and teachers have been busy working in preparation for the start of the fall semester of 2020-2021. Now our teachers and staff are fully ready to welcome you back to our community!

Below is the detailed school information at Ohio Contemporary School (OCCS) .

1． First day of School: Sunday, August 23, 2020.

2. On-line registration and course selection: http://www.columbus-occs.org

For the safety of our community, all classes will continue to be conducted online via zoom meeting to protect students, families, and staff. OCCS registration policy is adjusted correspondingly to reflect the changes. Please read the registration policy carefully before registering your student at http://www.columbus-occs.org/course

3、Only QuickPay or Zelle payments are accepted due to the online nature of of the whole registration process. Payment please direct to treasurer@columbus-occs.org.

4、Due to COVID-19 and delay of deliveries, we request all course materials to be purchased one month earlier, in order  to guarantee timely delivery. Please fill in the Course material purchase form before July 23 at the following link: https://forms.gle/MgnjaVRMn3fWZSbo7
